Paradigm co-founder Matt Huang: I bought Bitcoin at US$200 or US$300 and invested in ByteDance

According to online reports, Patrick O'Shaughnessy, the anchor of the well-known investment podcast Invest Like the Best, conducted an in-depth interview with Matt Huang, co-founder of Paradigm, an investment institution in the encryption field. He revealed that he had written a check to ByteDance with a valuation of US$20 - 30 million. This was his largest personal investment at the time. With ByteDance now worth US$200 - 300 billion, his investment has increased by about 10000 times, and he still holds most of the shares. In addition, Matt Huang stated that he bought Bitcoin at $200 or $300, then rose to $1000, then fell to $600, and then slowly began to fall from there. Eventually he was fascinated by Bitcoin and felt strongly that this would be one of the most important technical and economic trends in the next few decades. He also revealed that the worst thing in Paradigm's history was investing in FTX and eventually being deceived.
