ZHAOJIN MINING (01818.HK) 's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sparky International, entered into an agreement with ZIJIN GOLD INTL (02259.HK) and others to participate as a cornerstone investor in its International Offering, investing shares equivalent to US$30 million equivalent in Hong Kong dollars, as announced by ZHAOJIN MINING.
As ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK) is a substantial shareholder of ZHAOJIN MINING, the investment constitutes a connected transaction.
