CHERY AUTO (09973.HK) announced the details of its IPO. It proposes to offer 297 million H-shares globally, with 10% for the Hong Kong public offering and the rest for the international offering. The offer price ranges from HKD27.75 to HKD30.75, and the entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares will be HKD3106.
The IPO will commence today (17th) and close next Monday (22nd), with the listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange expected for next Thursday (25th). CICC, Huatai International, and GF Securities are the joint sponsors.
