BUTONG GROUP (06090.HK), a China-based company specializing in the design and sale of nursery products, announced details of its IPO, planning to globally offer 10.9809 million shares, with 10% for Hong Kong public offering and 90% for international offering.

The offer price ranges from $62.01 to $71.2 per share. The entry fee was $7,191.8 with a board lot size of 100 shares. The IPO starts today (15th), and will close at noon on Thursday (18th), with the listing expected on next Tuesday (23rd). The joint sponsors are CITIC Securities and Haitong International.

The Company introduced cornerstone investors for its listing, including Cithara Fund, Shanghai Tongyi and Huatai Capital Investment (in connection with the Tongyi OTC swaps) & Great Praise, subscribing for US$15 million worth of the Company's shares in total.
