A-Share GEM (002340.SZ) , which operates in the manufacturing of new energy materials and urban mining in China, announced that it had convened a Board and supervisory board meeting last Thursday (21st) to review and approve a series of proposals for issuing H-shares in Hong Kong and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, formally launching the planning work for the H-share listing.
The announcement indicates that the issuance of H shares by GEM aims to meet the Company's needs for global development, further advance its globalization strategy, enhance its international brand image and comprehensive competitiveness, better leveraging the diversified financing channels of the international capital market to support the Company's sustainable development and management.
