China Minmetals immediately verified the relevant situation. Preliminary verification shows that China Minmetals has no Minmetals North Marketing Center or Minmetals New Energy Industry Group. China Minmetals has no connection with Liang Hongjun and Hu Changfeng, the "responsible persons" of the above-mentioned entities.
