CLOUDBREAK-B (02592.HK), a clinical-stage ophthalmic biotechnology company, announced the details of its IPO in Hong Kong. It proposes to offer 60.582 million shares globally, with international offering accounting for 90% (54.5235 million shares) and Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (6.0585 million shares). With the offer price set at HKD10.1 per share, the IPO is expected to raise nearly HKD612 million. The entry fee for a board lot of 500 shares will be around HKD5,100.94.

The IPO will commence today (24th) and close on Friday (27th), with the listing of shares expected for July 3. The joint sponsors are CCBI and Huatai International.
