Trump will board the Air Force One donated by Qatar as soon as February next year

According to online reports, according to foreign media, U.S. President Trump said in a speech to the media on the current presidential plane on Tuesday that he would fly on a new "Air Force One" aircraft as soon as February. It is reported that Boeing originally planned to deliver two modified 747 aircraft last year to replace the currently aging Air Force One. However, the project was years behind schedule and exceeded budget by billions of dollars. Trump told reporters he did not know the exact cost of modifying the 13-year-old Qatar jet for use by the president, noting that it "depends on the military." Reuters previously reported that the U.S. Secretary of the Air Force estimated last month that the project could cost hundreds of millions of dollars, while Democratic lawmakers said the cost of the renovation could exceed $1 billion.
