SIGMASTAR(301536.SZ) , listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE), announced plans to issue overseas shares (H shares), in order to deepen its global strategic layout, create a diversified capital operation platform, further enhance its capital strength and comprehensive competitiveness, accelerate overseas business development and consolidate its industry position.
In connection with the application for listing on HKEX (00388.HK) , the Company is planning to discuss with the relevant intermediaries on the implementation of the H-share issuance and listing, but the details have yet to be finalized.
