The 210th Ethereum ACDC Conference: Developers have discussed the EVM upgrade proposal and the advantages and disadvantages of EOF in Fusaka upgrade

According to online reports, Christine Kim, former vice president of Galaxy Research, issued a document summarizing the 210th Ethereum Core Developer Consensus (ACDC) conference call. This meeting focused on the preliminary proposal to replace the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) with the RISC-V architecture., and subsequent improvement plans after the Ethereum upgrade. Although discussions on introducing the new architecture are still in the early stages, developers are actively evaluating its feasibility and potential impact. Developers have agreed on the format and naming convention for configuring EIP-7892 (Blob parameter hard fork only) on the Ethereum Executive Layer (EL), and are expected to revisit the discussion of which version of EOF to include in the Fusaka upgrade during the Pectra test conference call. There has been preliminary agreement to prioritize EIP-7935 in Fusaka, and the new EIP included in this plan aims to set a new and higher block Gas cap for Ethereum.
