ZIJIN MINING (02899.HK) hired CITIC Securities and Morgan Stanley as its service banks for IPO regarding the spin-off of its international gold mining business to be listed in Hong Kong, Bloomberg quoted sources as saying.
The exact scale and timing of the IPO have not been finalized, the sources added.
