Internet reports that the merger plan of American Bitcoin Corporation (ABC) and Gryphon Digital Mining has made important progress. Gryphon filed a proxy statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 31 and will hold a shareholder vote on August 27. The SEC also approved the S-4 registration statement to take effect, clearing regulatory obstacles to the advancement of transactions.
