SpaceX plans to launch an IPO at a valuation of $400 billion."
According to online reports, according to people familiar with the matter, Musk's Space Exploration Technologies (SpaceX) is planning to value the rocket and satellite manufacturer to approximately US$400 billion through new share issuance and internal share transfer transactions. The valuation is significantly superior to the peak share repurchase of US$350 billion in December last year, which will put this unlisted company in market value on par with the world's top listed companies such as Home Depot and Palantir.
