BEFAR (601678.SH) announced that it submitted an application for the issuance and listing of overseas listed shares (H-shares) to HKEX (00388.HK) yesterday (22nd), and published the application information.
The company stated that the issuance and listing are subject to approvals, confirmations, or filings from relevant government authorities, regulatory bodies, and securities exchanges, including the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, HKEX, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
