Chinese tea leaf company BAMA TEA (06980.HK) announced details of its IPO in Hong Kong planning to globally offer 9 million H-shares, with 10% (900,000 shares) for Hong Kong public offering and 90% (8.1 million shares) for international placement.

The offer price ranges from $45 to $50 per share, aiming to raise a maximum of approx. $450 million. The entry fee was about $5,050.43 with a board lot size of 100 shares.

The IPO period starts today (20th) and will end on Thursday (23rd), with pricing expected on Friday (24th) and listing on next Tuesday (28th). Its joint sponsors are Huatai International, ABC International and TF International.
