Internet reports that BiT Global's lawyers have dropped a lawsuit against Coinbase, which involved Coinbase removing the packaged bitcoin token wBTC from shelves just two months after launching the competing token cbBTC. Under the agreement, the two companies will pay their respective legal fees. BiT Global is a company backed by TRON founder Sun Yuchen. It once became a "strategic partner" with BitGo to provide bitcoin tokens wrapped in wBTC. The lawsuit was dismissed, which means that the lawsuit will no longer be filed.
