On May 8, according to Linea's official announcement, users will be exempted from Gas fees on the L2 side when transferring from the Ethereum main network to the Linea network through its native bridging tool, which is applicable to L1→L2 transfers with a single Gas consumption of less than 250,000. USDC bridging through Circle CCTP is not included in the scope of this offer, and the basic Gas at the L1 end still needs to be paid by the user.
