In March, the Republican National Committee paid $317,000 to Trump family businesses

Internet reports that according to the latest documents disclosed by the Federal Election Commission, in March 2025, the Republican National Committee (RNC) paid $317,000 to businesses owned by the Trump family. Among them, Mar-a-Lago Estate received US$195,000 in venue rental and catering service fees, Trump National Doral Golf Club charged US$85,000, and Donald Trump Jr.'s publishing company received US$35,000 in souvenir production fees. Data shows that since 2016, the cumulative expenditure of political groups on Mar-a-Lago Estate has reached US$5.4 million. Although Trump has recently actively expanded into new businesses such as cryptocurrencies, his traditional commercial assets still maintain a stable source of politically related income. The Washington Group for Accountability and Ethics points out that this model of intertwined business and political interests has become a typical way for Trump to make profits.
