Former Galaxy executive issued a post questioning the chaos of the Ethereum Foundation's new organizational structure

According to online reports, Christine Kim, former vice president of research at Galaxy Digital, posted on the X platform that the new Ethereum Foundation organizational structure is confusing. Tim Beiko, Barnabé Monnot and Alex Stokes work in multiple roles, leading all of the foundation's R & D teams, managing their own team, and will be responsible for L1 and L2 expansion and user experience improvement (UX) improvement over the next 12 months. In addition, Christine has doubts about the details of the architecture diagram, including whether the bold name refers to the team leader, the highlighted part of the purpose, and whether Tim is responsible for protocol coordination and supervision of multiple projects. At the same time, she expressed confusion about the color grouping logic, such as why consensus mechanisms and account abstractions were grouped together, but stateless consensus was not included; why Testing and pandaops were grouped together, but Security was not grouped.
