Mainland gold brand ZHOU LIU FU (06168.HK) is launching an IPO in Hong Kong. It proposes to offer 46.808 million H-shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (4.6808 million shares) and international offering accounting for 90% (42.1272 million shares).
With the offer price set at HKD24 per share, the IPO aims to raise up to around HKD1.123 billion. The entry fee for a board lot of 100 shares will be around HKD2,424.2.
The IPO will commence today (18th) and close at noon next Monday (23rd), with the listing of shares expected for next Thursday (26th). It will also introduce eight cornerstone investors, which will collectively subscribe to shares worth around HKD573 million, involving 23.8917 million shares. LINGBAO GOLD (03330.HK) is among these cornerstone investors.
