According to online reports, according to CoinDesk, MasterCard and Chainlink have reached a partnership that will allow 3 billion MasterCard cardholders around the world to purchase cryptocurrency directly on the blockchain. The service integrates platforms such as Shift4, Zerohash, XSwap and Uniswap, and enables data exchange between card networks and multi-chains through Chainlink's interoperability protocol. This is another recent deployment by MasterCard in the cryptocurrency field. It has previously launched stablecoin payment and cryptodebit card services with MoonPay and Kraken respectively.
