According to Internet reports, Trump told reporters on Air Force One that the spending cuts promoted by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE)"have helped us a lot" and hoped Musk would "achieve good results at Tesla." He also said,"I have no plans to speak to Musk," adding that he had not yet considered whether to continue retaining Tesla cars in the White House.
