SAINT BELLA (02508.HK), a postpartum care and recovery group that operates multiple postpartum care centers, has announced the details of its IPO. It proposes to offer 95.42 million shares globally, with Hong Kong public offering accounting for 10% (9.542 million shares) and international offering accounting for 90% (85.878 million shares).

With the offer price set at HKD6.58 per share, this IPO aims to raise up to nearly HKD628 million. The entry fee for a board lot of 500 shares is around HKD3,323.18.

The IPO will commence today (18th) and close next Monday (23rd). The shares are expected to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange next Thursday (26th).
