According to documents from HKEX (00388.HK) , Butong Group, the owner of China's high-end parenting brand BeBeBus, has submitted an IPO application to HKEX. Its joint sponsors are CITIC Securities and Haitong International.

It is understood that Butong Group was established at the end of 2018, a Chinese technology company with a specialty in family life scenarios. Through products like strollers and safety seats, its brand BeBeBus covers four major scenarios: parent-child travel, sleep, feeding, and hygiene care.
