Website Security Notice - Hawk Insight

Dear Users:

Recently, some users with 360 Safeguard or 360 PC Manager installed have reported receiving warnings indicating potential risks when accessing our website. Hereby, we solemnly declare that our website is completely secure. This alert is a false positive triggered by 360 security software. To address user concerns, we provide the following detailed explanation of our website security measures and the specific reasons for the misjudgment.

Our website employs advanced security technologies, including but not limited to SSL encryption protocols, to ensure the security of data transmission and prevent information theft or tampering. Simultaneously, we maintain a strict privacy protection policy and will not disclose any user personal information.

The reason for the false positive by 360 browsers is that our website is **not accessible to Mainland China IP addresses**. However, 360 applies its domestic standards for Mainland China when evaluating our site. We have actively appealed this misjudgment. Unfortunately, 360 requires us to provide a Mainland ICP filing (Internet Content Provider license). Since we do not operate within Mainland China, we cannot comply with this requirement. This unreasonable demand is causing the persistent misjudgment.

To ensure smooth and secure access to our website, please try the following solutions if you encounter such warnings:

  • Uninstall 360 Safeguard or 360 PC Manager: After uninstalling the relevant software, you should be able to access our website normally. Uninstallation method: On your computer, open the "Control Panel", locate "Programs and Features". Find "360 Safeguard" or "360 PC Manager" in the list, click "Uninstall", and follow the prompts.
  • Add our site to Trust List and disable interception features: If you prefer not to uninstall 360 products, open 360 Safeguard. Click the "Settings" icon (usually top-right), select "Trust & Block". In the Trust List section, enter our website URL and click "Add". Simultaneously, go to the "Security Protection Center" and temporarily disable blocking features that may affect access, such as "Webpage Security Protection" and "Shopping Protection".
  • Finally, we recommend using Huorong or Microsoft Official antivirus software

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are also in ongoing communication with 360 to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support and trust in our website. We remain committed to providing you with secure and high-quality services.
