Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management, which operates the Chinese noodle restaurant brand "Xiao Noodles" (遇見小麵), has submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Its sole sponsor is CMB International.
According to its preliminary prospectus, Xiao Noodles currently operates 374 restaurants in Mainland China and has 6 restaurants in Hong Kong, with 64 new stores in preparation.
For the year ended December 2024, Xiao Noodles' GMV reached RMB1.348 billion, with an average daily sales per restaurant of RMB12.402 million. The average spending per order was around RMB32, with a seat turnover rate of around 3.7.
Xiao Noodles has attracted investors such as JIUMAOJIU (09922.HK) and COUNTRY GARDEN (02007.HK) through multiple rounds of financing since 2015.
