Internet reports that according to Whale Alert monitoring, Tether Treasury minted 1 billion USDTs on the Tron Network 2 minutes ago. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said this is an authorized but unissued transaction, meaning it will be used as inventory for next issuance requests and on-chain exchanges.
