METALIGHT (02605.HK), which operates the real-time bus arrival information app “Chelaile”, announced details of its public offering in Hong Kong.

The company plans to globally offer 24.856 million shares, with 10%, or 2.4856 million shares, available for public offering in Hong Kong, and the remaining 90%, or 22.3704 million shares, for international placement. Each share was priced at HK$9.75, and the IPO would raise approximately HK$242 million. The entry fee for each lot of 400 shares was about HK$3,939.34.

MetaLight will commence its IPO today (2nd) until noon on Thursday (5th), and is expected to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange next Tuesday (10th), with CICC as the sole sponsor.

Prior to the IPO, the company had conducted several rounds of financing, attracting multiple investors including Shunwei, Wuhan Optics Valley Startup, BABA-W (09988.HK) , Cheering Venture under Didi, and CBC. It is expected that Alibaba and Cheering Venture will hold approximately 15.19% and 8.77% of MetaLight, respectively, after the listing.
