Wu Jiezhuang: A written proposal has been submitted to Li Jiachao to take the lead in establishing the Belt and Road Cryptographic Asset Supervision Alliance

According to online reports, Hong Kong Legislative Council Member Ng Kit Chong issued an article on platform X saying that he has submitted written suggestions to Li Jiachao on the 2025 Policy Address, covering 27 suggestions in 6 major areas, including: 1. Suggestions to further promote Hong Kong to become a Web3 hub: Efforts should be made in three aspects: policy support, talent cultivation and industrial ecology, including improving regulations and tax incentives for encrypted assets and tokenized assets. 2. Take the lead in establishing the Belt and Road Cryptographic Asset Supervision Alliance: unite with countries and regions of the Belt and Road Initiative to jointly promote the development of Web3 policy supervision, hold a Cryptographic Asset Supervision Summit in Hong Kong every year, and design Web3 management standards that comply with international rules. 3. Establish the RWA Development Institute for Asset Tokenization: The functions of the institute include studying relevant compliance laws and promoting opportunities for asset tokenization in Hong Kong, thereby attracting more companies to develop in Hong Kong.
