Bitlayer announced that BitVM Bridge has connected to the Monad test network, unlocking a new experience for BitVM implementation products
On April 28, Bitlayer, a project based on the implementation of Bitcoin ecosystem BitVM technology, announced that BitVM Bridge will connect to the emerging high-performance Layer 1 Monad, allowing users to experience cross-ecological BTC bridging functions in a way that minimizes trust. Monad is an emerging high-performance Layer 1. Currently, the total active users of the network have exceeded 9.8 million and the number of independent wallets exceeds 69 million. After this integration is completed, Monad ecosystem users with a scale of tens of millions will have the opportunity to directly experience BitVM Bridge, the first implemented application based on BitVM. They will connect the vBTC bridge on the BitVM Bridge Test Network (BitVMNet) to Monad Testnet, create corresponding YBTC, and explore the financial benefits of YBTC in the Monad ecosystem.
