Online reports that a Deloitte report shows that by 2035, the value of tokenized real estate may exceed US$4 trillion, which will reshape real estate investment as blockchain becomes popular. The Deloitte Financial Services Center predicts that real estate worth more than $4 trillion may be tokenized by 2035, compared with less than $300 billion in 2024. A report released on April 24 estimated that the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) would exceed 27%.
