DONGFENG GROUP (00489.HK) 's high-end smart new energy brand, Voyah, submitted an IPO application to HKEX (00388.HK) , with CICC being its sole sponsor, according to information from HKEX.
Voyah was established in 2021, the prospectus disclosed. Its CAGR of sales for 2022-2024 was 103.2%, while CAGR of revenue was 78.9%, with a YoY growth rate of 90.2% for the seven months ended 31 July 2025.
