INTSIG INFORMATION (688615.SH) , an AI big data company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, announced that its board of directors has approved a proposal to issue H shares for listing in Hong Kong.

The proposal is valid for two years and does not include an over-allotment option. The plan is to issue H shares totaling no more than 15% of the enlarged share capital.

The funds raised will be utilized to strengthen AI foundational technology research and development, enhance consumer and enterprise customer product innovation, and accelerate global expansion.
