Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoes the Digital Asset Strategic Reserve Act

Internet reports that during the third reading of Senate Bill 1025 (SB1025) in the Arizona House of Representatives on April 28, 31 members voted in favor and 25 members opposed it. Another similar bill, SB1373, passed with 37 votes to 19. These ratifications bring these bills closer to being signed into law than similar initiatives in any other state in the United States. But according to the latest news on the state Legislature's website, Governor Katie Hobbs formally vetoed the Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Act on May 2, preventing it from becoming law.
