EU plans to launch compliance investigation on X platform

Internet reports that the European Commission said on Thursday that it was requesting more information from Musk's X platform on corporate architecture changes, after artificial intelligence company xAI completed its $33 billion acquisition of X. An EU spokesperson emphasized: We are closely monitoring the corporate structure changes of Platform X, just like other designated platforms. In July last year, the European Union had initially determined that there were "deceptive design" violations on the X platform, including changing Blue V certification to a paid service, resulting in distortion of user credibility. In order to circumvent penalties, X platform added a blue V logo disclaimer this month.
