Private dental healthcare service provider DAZHONG DENTAL (02651.HK) announced its IPO details, planning to globally offer 10.8618 million shares, with approximately 10% for the Hong Kong public offering and about 90% for the international offering.
The offer price per share ranged from HKD20 to HKD21.4. Entry fee was HKD2,161.58 with a board lot size of 100 shares. The IPO starts today (June 30) and will close at noon on Friday (July 4), with the listing expected next Wednesday (July 9). The sole sponsor is Haitong International.
Assuming the median offer price of HKD20.7, the company expected to net approximately HKD186 million from the listing.
