Arizona governor signs cryptocurrency ATM anti-fraud bill HB2387

Internet reports that Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs vetoed two cryptocurrency-related bills and signed a bill to regulate cryptocurrency ATMs. The two bills that were vetoed include SB1373 (Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund Act) and SB1024 (Act to Allow State Governments to Accept Cryptocurrency Payments). Bill HB2387, which was signed, establishes strict regulatory measures for cryptocurrency ATMs, including requiring operators to display multi-language fraud warnings, set daily transaction limits ($2,000 for new users,$10,500 for existing users), provide round-the-clock customer service support, and comply with anti-money laundering agreements.
