Arkham: The address of a BTC position worth US$740 million in the United Arab Emirates has been marked, mainly through mining by mining company Citadel

According to online reports, online data monitoring platform Arkham posted a post on social media saying that the United Arab Emirates's US$700 million Bitcoin position has now been marked on the Arkham platform. Arkham said that the United Arab Emirates is the fourth-largest government entity on the platform to hold Bitcoin, with a total BTC position of nearly US$740 million. Unlike the United States and the United Kingdom, Bitcoin in the United Arab Emirates does not come from police asset forfeiture, but is generated through mining operations in cooperation with Citadel. As of now, it has mined approximately 9,300 BTC and still holds at least approximately 6,300. Citadel is 85% owned by 2pointzero, which is 100% owned by IHC. Approximately 61% of IHC's shares are held by the United Arab Emirates Royal Group, which is controlled by Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a member of the Abu Dhabi royal family.
