Chinese cosmetics brand PROYA (603605.SH) planned to list in Hong Kong. The Company issued an announcement saying that it is discussing the relevant work for this issuance with intermediary institutions, and the details of the issuance have yet to be finalized.
This proposal aims to accelerate its internationalization strategy and overseas business development, enhance its overseas financing capabilities and further improve its general competitiveness, the Company added.
