Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission: Beware of suspicious investment products such as "FoFund","Fo Coin" and "Peach Blossom NFT"
According to online reports, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission issued an announcement warning the public to beware of suspicious investment products named "FoFund Duoduo One" and "FoFund Duoduo Two","Fo Coin" and "Peach Blossom Garden NFT". These products involve management strategies related to virtual asset investment, digital tokens and non-homogeneous tokens related to paintings. These investment products have not been approved by the SFC for sale to the public in Hong Kong. The SFC notes that the Hong Kong public can access information about these products through the product-related websites, social media accounts and related mobile applications.
