Multiple potential issuers of SOL ETF have submitted updated S-1 documents

Several companies have filed updated S-1 filings on Friday to list spot Solana exchange-traded funds, the Internet reported, a move some experts said showed the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is closer to approving the products. Based on a series of regulatory filings, investment firms Franklin Templeton, Galaxy Digital and VanEck filed updated S-1 filings, which are the registration statements required for ETFs to obtain approval from the U.S. SEC for public trading. Fidelity also filed its Solana Fund S-1 filing on Friday, a person familiar with the matter said,"This is the first time Fidelity has filed a Solana ETP spot S-1 filing."
