Trump Media submits a Bitcoin ETF application and plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange."
According to online reports, U.S. -listed company Trump Media and Technology Group (DJT) issued an announcement on Thursday local time saying that it has submitted the S-1 registration documents to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to issue the "Truth Social Bitcoin ETF" and has completed the approval process. It will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The announcement stated that the ETF will directly hold Bitcoin and issue shares to investors, aiming to reflect Bitcoin's price performance. Yorkville America Digital will serve as fund promoter and will be responsible for regulatory compliance and operational management. Although there is no approval deadline for the S-1 document, the New York Stock Exchange submitted the ETF's 19b-4 document on Tuesday, and the U.S. SEC needs to make a final approval decision within 240 days. Therefore, it is conservatively estimated that the Bitcoin ETF of the Trump family industry will be listed before early next year.
