Wemix was removed from major South Korea exchanges due to credibility and security issues."
According to online reports, five South Korean cryptocurrency exchanges, Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit and Gopax, announced that they plan to remove Wemmade's blockchain Taiwan dollar WEMIX on June 2, and token withdrawals will end on July 2. It is reported that the decision on specific tokens was made through the Korea Digital Asset Exchange Association DAXA, whose members include these five platforms. DAXA believes that the Wemix Foundation has not adequately addressed the issues that led to being designated as investing in prudent cryptocurrencies. After a comprehensive review of the credibility and security of the issuing entity, it was determined that the asset did not meet the criteria for maintaining trading support. Deeply apologizing for concerns caused by the Korean Exchange's termination of trading support for Wemix coins, Wemix Foundation CEO Shane Kim will issue an official statement tonight from 9:00 to 10:00 (Korean Standard Time), which will be released as a pre-recorded video via Wemix's official YouTube channel.
