Digital Securities, operator of Japanese digital securities platform "renga", completes approximately US$2 million in new financing

On September 28, Digital Securities Co. Ltd., a Japanese company that operates digital securities platform "renga", announced that it had completed the second round of Series A financing of 300 million yen (approximately US$2.0067 million). The company's cumulative financing amount since its establishment has reached 1.2 billion yen (approximately 8.02 million US dollars). The latest financing participants include SBI Ventures Three LLC and Mitsubishi UFJ Capital 10 Investment Company Limited Liability Portfolio. According to reports, as a "digital securities market platform", the company provides services that can purchase diversified investment products such as real estate funds and solar funds in small amounts. The platform it builds can be used jointly by individual investors and institutional investors.
