U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said on Sunday that the United States will not expand sanctions against Russia to avoid interfering with the peace process to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, Internet reported. Rubio also said that Russia and Ukraine are generally closer to reaching a peace agreement than they have been in the past three years.
