BSV investors are calling for the resumption of "waiver of growth effect" claims against Binance
The Internet reported that BSV investors applied to restore the "opportunity loss" claim in Binance's US$13.3 billion lawsuit. In July 2024, the Competition Appeal Tribunal rejected a specific content in the organization's complaint, which believed that Binance An's delisting of BSV in April 2019 led to a "loss of growth effect" and hindered BSV's development into a "top-level" cryptocurrency, resulting in a loss of more than US$13 billion.
