As of 13 October 2025, a total of 269 companies submitted IPO application materials to HKEX (00388.HK) , logging a historical new high, China Securities Journal quoted Wind data as saying.
June was the month with the highest number of applications filed within the year at 65, followed by September's 60.
Of which, 108 listed companies in the information technology sector submitted their prospectuses, accounting for 40.15% of the total, followed by 49 listed companies in the healthcare sector, representing 18.22% of the total.
