According to The Block, Thesis, which focuses on bitcoin eco-venture investments, has acquired bitcoin reward platform Lolli to integrate into its broader ecosystem, with specific terms and amounts yet to be disclosed. Thesis had previously incubated Bitcoin reward platform Fold, which was then officially split into an independent company. Fold subsequently merged with FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. in July 2024 as a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) and was listed on NASDAQ in February under the ticker symbol FLD.
