Ripple president confirms that company will not go public in 2025
According to online reports, Ripple President Monica Long said in an interview that Ripple has no plans to go public in 2025. Long pointed out that the company has sufficient cash reserves and does not need to raise funds through IPO or increase its visibility, and CEO Brad Garlinghouse also supported the decision. Previously, Ripple had bought back some shares this year at a valuation of US$11.3 billion, which was lower than the 2022 valuation of US$15 billion, indicating its strategic orientation of maintaining independent development.
