According to Internet reports, Ukrainian President Zelensky said at a briefing with U.S. President Trump on the 19th that he emphasized three key demands in his first phone call with Trump that day: a ceasefire must be achieved, Implement sanctions against Russia, and the United States "not make any decisions on matters related to Ukraine without Ukraine's participation." Zelensky said that Russia and Ukraine could, according to Russian President Vladimir Putin, sign a memorandum first and then sign an agreement to end the full-scale conflict.
